We boldly challenge the (incorrect) belief that disabled groups of people cannot receive equally effective exercises as able-bodied members head-on.
The idea that groups of people with disabilities are not able to train and push their bodies is highly problematic and at its core is insensitive. We strive to not only prove this belief wrong with measurable outcomes, but we focus on creating industry-leading exercise courses that focus on adaptable workouts. This fresh approach results in life-changing outcomes for members and allows everyone to live out fitness goals.
