FITNESS

Through an intense 90-day high intensity functional training fitness experience, Chalk Up for Burpees leads all members through an intense but powerful 3-month transformation. High intensity functional training is an effective exercise program as it fully works out the body and prepares everyone for the most physically demanding tasks that life will demand.

MINDSET

For many, the area needing the most work is the mind. Maybe you feel stuck in negative thought patterns or see the world as very one-sided. Our program focuses on going deep into each of our minds and souls to heal and learn better ways to approach stress and difficult situations. Bloc Life believes that if a person can change what you see, you can change everything you do. Having control over your mind results in better awareness and motivation to ultimately change behavior.

BEHAVIOR

Finally, focusing on changing behaviors and habits allows you to dynamically navigate life with control, positivity, and stability. Bloc Life focuses on breaking down hurdles members experience and identifying new variables to incorporate as new variables always result in new results.
