A Chalk Up For Burpees Fundraiser
Join Us for the 2024 Chalk Up For Burpees Fundraiser – This Year is Focused on Fully Supporting 15 Scholarships. 🇺🇸
Bloc Life aims to raise $15,255 to support the Chalk Up For Burpees Program and fund 15 scholarships for veterans and first responders.
These scholarships will connect recipients to supportive, fitness-based communities, fostering resilience and camaraderie both locally and nationwide.

Challenge Instructions 📋
EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) for as Long as Possible
Perform 1 burpee in the first minute.
Perform 2 burpees in the second minute.
Perform 3 burpees in the third minute.
Continue adding one burpee each minute until you can no longer complete the required reps within that minute.
Completion: The workout ends when an athlete can no longer complete the required number of reps within the minute.
Scoring
Total Reps: Athletes must sign up using the form on this page to enter the challenge officially.
If participating with a gym, confirm with them that scores will be submitted on your behalf.
If your gym is not submitting scores, or if you are completing the challenge solo, please submit your scores using the second form on this page.
Additional Movement Options
Up-Downs (Modified Burpee): Alternative for those modifying the movement.
Plate Ground-to-Overhead: 25/15/10 lbs (for standing adaptive athletes).
Slam Ball: 14/10/5 lbs (for seated adaptive athletes).
